(originally founded in 2005 as Xingyang Jianghai Machinery Factory), this turnkey installation accommodates 20,000 Day-Old Chicks to 16-Week Laying Pullets. All equipment engineering strictly follows factory structural standards, utilizing heavy Q235B cold-drawn steel wire treated with certified hot-dip galvanization (minimum 275 g/m² zinc coating mass) to ensure an operational service life of 15 to 20+ years.

- Automated Feeding & Watering: Height-adjustable feed troughs and cone valve nipple lines for day-old to 16-week growth. Drinking lines equipped with 360° cone valve stainless steel nipples, dedicated pressure regulators, and medicators.
Climate Control & Biosecurity Engineering
To protect flock health and maintain peak feed conversion efficiency under local climatic conditions, the installation integrates an intelligent environmental controller (such as our iEC1680 system with real-time 3D house monitoring). Negative pressure tunnel ventilation maintains static pressure at a stable 20 to 25 Pa, drawing air across 150mm thick high-efficiency evaporative cooling pads to achieve a wind-chill velocity of 2.2 to 2.6 m/s at bird level. This guarantees zero thermal dead spots across all cage tiers while keeping in-house ammonia concentrations strictly under 10 ppm.
