- Automated Feeding & Watering: 150mm thick 7090 cooling pads with 50-inch box fans maintain 25°C during 38°C coastal heatwaves. Drinking lines equipped with 360° cone valve stainless steel nipples, dedicated pressure regulators, and medicators.
Climate Control & Biosecurity Engineering
To protect flock health and maintain peak feed conversion efficiency under local climatic conditions, the installation integrates an intelligent environmental controller (such as our iEC1680 system with real-time 3D house monitoring). Negative pressure tunnel ventilation maintains static pressure at a stable 20 to 25 Pa, drawing air across 150mm thick high-efficiency evaporative cooling pads to achieve a wind-chill velocity of 2.2 to 2.6 m/s at bird level. This guarantees zero thermal dead spots across all cage tiers while keeping in-house ammonia concentrations strictly under 10 ppm.
