(originally founded in 2005 as Xingyang Jianghai Machinery Factory), this turnkey installation accommodates 46,080 Commercial Laying Hens. All equipment engineering strictly follows factory structural standards, utilizing heavy Q235B cold-drawn steel wire treated with certified hot-dip galvanization (minimum 275 g/m² zinc coating mass) to ensure an operational service life of 15 to 20+ years.

- Shed Building Geometry & Clear Height: 12.0m (W) × 118.0m (L) × 4.2m (H) — Net cage line 108m + 10m equipment buffer. Required building clear height: 4.2m shed clear height (machine frame 3.31m).
- Cage Rows & Unit Allocation: 4 cage rows × 90 sets per row = 360 sets × 128 birds = 46,080 birds
- Manure Removal & Egg Conveyor Systems: PP manure removal belts (1.5kW @ 1.1m/min, Φ150mm drum) + longitudinal woven egg belts (0.75kW @ 1.7m/min) + cross manure conveyor (1.5kW)
- Automated Feeding & Watering: Dual-speed travelling feed carts (0.75kW @ 6m/min), daily manure removal meeting Singapore AVA export standards. Drinking lines equipped with 360° cone valve stainless steel nipples, dedicated pressure regulators, and medicators.
Climate Control & Biosecurity Engineering
To protect flock health and maintain peak feed conversion efficiency under local climatic conditions, the installation integrates an intelligent environmental controller (such as our iEC1680 system with real-time 3D house monitoring). Negative pressure tunnel ventilation maintains static pressure at a stable 20 to 25 Pa, drawing air across 150mm thick high-efficiency evaporative cooling pads to achieve a wind-chill velocity of 2.2 to 2.6 m/s at bird level. This guarantees zero thermal dead spots across all cage tiers while keeping in-house ammonia concentrations strictly under 10 ppm.
