Designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Shuohui Husbandry Equipment Co., Ltd. (originally founded in 2005 as Xingyang Jianghai Machinery Factory), this turnkey installation accommodates 29,760 Commercial Laying Hens (Two Identical 14,880-Bird 4-Tier A-Type Sheds). All equipment engineering strictly follows factory structural standards, utilizing heavy Q235B cold-drawn steel wire treated with certified hot-dip galvanization (minimum 275 g/m² zinc coating mass) to ensure an operational service life of 15 to 20+ years.

Shuohui's engineering department developed a customized CAD building floorplan tailored to the Two Houses, each 12.0m (W) × 71.0m (L) × 3.8m (H) — Net cage line 61m + 10m equipment buffer. Key technical parameters and factory bill of quantities include:

- Shed Building Geometry & Clear Height: Two Houses, each 12.0m (W) × 71.0m (L) × 3.8m (H) — Net cage line 61m + 10m equipment buffer. Required building clear height: 3.8m shed clear height (≤4-tier A-type standard).
- Cage Rows & Unit Allocation: Per House: 3 cage rows × 31 sets = 93 sets × 160 birds = 14,880 birds (Total 29,760 birds)
- Manure Removal & Egg Conveyor Systems: Deep pit manure removal + travelling hopper feeding (0.75kW @ 6m/min) + egg collection troughs
- Automated Feeding & Watering: Elevated concrete plinths 80cm above grade to safeguard against monsoon flash flooding. Drinking lines equipped with 360° cone valve stainless steel nipples, dedicated pressure regulators, and medicators.
Climate Control & Biosecurity Engineering
To protect flock health and maintain peak feed conversion efficiency under local climatic conditions, the installation integrates an intelligent environmental controller (such as our iEC1680 system with real-time 3D house monitoring). Negative pressure tunnel ventilation maintains static pressure at a stable 20 to 25 Pa, drawing air across 150mm thick high-efficiency evaporative cooling pads to achieve a wind-chill velocity of 2.2 to 2.6 m/s at bird level. This guarantees zero thermal dead spots across all cage tiers while keeping in-house ammonia concentrations strictly under 10 ppm.
