To size a turnkey system we need: bird type and quantity, house length and width, cage or floor system, the automation level you want (feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal, climate control) and the destination country.
With those details we return a layout drawing, an equipment list and a price. Tell us your delivery timeline too, so we can plan production and shipping.
Prefabricated Poultry Shed Structural & Equipment Engineering Standards
Turnkey commercial poultry facilities are engineered around prefabricated portal steel frames (Q235B/Q355 hot-dip galvanized structural columns and trusses with ≥275 g/m² zinc coating), providing 100% unobstructed clear-span widths of 12m, 15m, 16m, or 18m.
Insulated building envelopes feature 50mm to 100mm high-density polyurethane (PU/PIR) or glass wool sandwich panels, ensuring tight thermal envelopes (U ≤ 0.45 W/m²·K) and complete air tightness required for high-efficiency negative pressure tunnel ventilation.
For large-scale 100,000-bird layer houses, eave heights are engineered at 6.5m to 7.2m to house 8-tier or 10-tier multi-floor catwalk battery cages, while standard 3-tier and 4-tier installations require eave heights of 3.8m to 4.2m.
